KODAK SQUAREspot IMAGING TECHNOLOGY

Standard on Kodak Magnus, Trendsetter and Generation News Platesetter models, squarespot Technology’s 10,000 dpi laser is finer and sharper than competing CTP devices. The auto-focusing laser outperforms both Gaussian and GLV imaging technologies in tonal stability and exposure uniformity. High resolution lasers minimise the impact of cyclical processing variations and notably, squarespot Technology supports up to 450 lpi AM and 10-micron FM screening.

KODAK TH5 IMAGING TECHNOLOGY

Based on the successful Kodak Trendsetter Platesetter platform, Kodak Achieve Platesetters deliver the stability and reliability of Kodak’s thermal CTP technology at an exceptional value.

Achieve Platesetters feature the Kodak TH5 thermal head, which delivers higher quality than the Gaussian technology used in other vendors’ CTP devices.
