Kalideck’s advisory update to help mitigate COVID-19 

Following the President’s national address, Kalideck has taken the following steps to support the President’s call for a national and collective response to mitigate the impact of the coronavirus. Therefore the following measures are in place effectively immediately:

  • Roll out an intensive education and training program for all employees and their families

  • All international and domestic travel for Kalideck is suspended for at least 30 days (reviewable)

  • Face-to-Face interface with groups have to be minimized especially for visitors, suppliers and customers:

    • Teleconferencing will be deployed immediately

  • If for any reason, visiting our 7 regional offices are unavoidable, the following protocol must be observed:

    • Hand disinfectant to be used before entering the office areas
    • Greet with an elbow and maintain a distance of 1 metre
    • Any person showing any flu-like symptoms will not be allowed access to the respective 7 regional offices

We will monitor the situation closely as we continue to serve our valued customers.

Our current stock situation is stable however the supply chain is strained and customers are encouraged to contact their sales representatives to take advantage of our current stock availability.

Our field sales team will only do essential and mandatory customer visits and follow the same protocol in this advisory.
